A Perfect Family Getaway!  Your family will have a very enjoyable experience while staying in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ½-bath townhouse style condominium.  The main floor features an open living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, (firewood not provided) a hide-a-bed sofa, and large windows with an easterly exposure offering great territorial mountain views, plus there’s a nice walkout balcony for enjoying your favorite morning and evening beverages.  A fully equipped galley style kitchen with a pass through flanks the living/dining area, and one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a flat screen monitor, and a ½-bath ensuite complete the main floor.  Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen sized bed and a flat screen monitor, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer.  This tastefully furnished and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).

Wi-Fi / NO Pets / NO Smoking 

Snowater is positioned on 20 acres of magnificent forest on the banks of the Nooksack River which runs on 3 sides of the property.  At an elevation of 1000 feet, Snowater is accessible year round. Amenities include two full recreational buildings with two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts and an adult fitness center. There is a lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, ping pong table and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have bbq/picnic areas as well as a children’s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.

The Mount Baker Recreation Area is a year-round playground! SUMMER Guests enjoy great hiking, mountain biking, mountain climbing, rock climbing, backpacking, freshwater fishing (lake and river), small game hunting, whitewater rafting, kayaking, canoeing, swimming, nature viewing, tennis, and golf. WINTER Guests enjoy spectacular downhill and cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, snowmobiling, and sledding. Don't forget your camera...the photography is unsurpassed year-round!    

PLEASE NOTE: This condo is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring residences, and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitees actions, and would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guest seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
