Your family will have a very enjoyable experience while staying in this 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 &frac12;-bath townhouse style condominium.&nbsp; The main floor features an open living/dining area with vaulted ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace (firewood not provided), a hide-a-bed sofa, and large windows with an easterly exposure offering great territorial mountain views. Plus, there&rsquo;s a nice walk-out balcony for enjoying your favorite morning and evening beverages.&nbsp; A fully equipped galley-style kitchen with a pass-through that flanks the living/dining area and one bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed, a flat-screen monitor, and a &frac12;-bath ensuite complete the main floor.&nbsp; Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft bedroom with 1-queen-sized bed and a flat-screen monitor, 1-full bath, and a laundry cubby with a stack washer/dryer.&nbsp; This tastefully furnished and monitored family vacation property will sleep 4 to 6 persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!).</span></span><br />

Amenities include two full recreational buildings with&nbsp;two heated swimming pools, hot tubs, a sauna, four tennis courts, basketball, squash/racquetball courts, and an adult fitness center.&nbsp;A lounge area with free wifi, a pool table, a ping pong table, and a separate toddler play room. The grounds have BBQ/picnic areas as well as a children&rsquo;s play structure and trails along the river. Snowater is located at the edge of the Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest, close to the Mt. Baker Ski Area and spectacular old-growth forests, an area rich in history and outdoor opportunities.</span><br />

Guests are directly responsible for their invitee&rsquo;s actions. They should be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately.&nbsp; Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.</span></span></p>
