“1 Southern Brew” is Bald Head living at it’s finest! This home consists of 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bath. It is located in the Lighthouse Landing Community, which is walking distance to the neighborhood dock leading to the Bald Head Island creek. Enjoy your morning coffee on the back deck or explore the scenic views of the Bald Head Island creek kayaking or paddle boarding. The Old Baldy lighthouse is a short walk away or walk the 13 miles of beaches, which are just a short cart ride away!
The main living area of the house consists of the living room, dining area and well stocked kitchen. On the next level you have a half bath and an expansive master king suite. Upstairs you have two more bedrooms ( a queen bed with a twin daybed/trundle in the first room and king in the third bedroom) and two bathrooms

This past week was so special!

Ladies thank you!! This past week was so special! We brought up with us two families who have listened to us rave about BHI for years. One of the moms got asked before boarding the ferry yesterday what the verdict was. She light up and responded it was awesome, enchanting and beyond relaxing. To hear her say that almost brought me to tears. 2yr ago the family of 4 moved in with her mom so they could rebuild their family home and make it elderly friendly for her mom who's in her 80's. House still isn't done crossing the fingers for August. Needless to say it's been a long 2yr for them and this was just so special. Your team of women and the wonderful men you send out to ever do repairs when needed go above and beyond for your renters. My husband and I are very disappointed we're back in 2 weeks renting through another group. The bar is set so high and our family knows when we come it's always going to be better than the last time if that's possible Thank you again for always helping our family have a wonderful time on the island.

Amazing

In the last 11yr of coming to BHI this is only our second time coming in June and first staying back by the marsh. What an amazing experience! The sunsets on the dock were some of the best we have experienced. The home had everything you could think of and more. It's been almost 30yr since I have seen a Painted Bunting and to see these birds daily at the feeder was beyond incredible. BHI rental also goes above and beyond to insure your stay is as perfect as it can be. This year we brought two families with us to enjoy the island and understand why BHI is special. They walk away asking when are we coming next year. If you're looking for a home that will exceed your expectations, have the comforts of your own home. This is the rental house for you. Not to mention but the family is wonderful too! Our paths have crossed before at the club in years past unknowingly.

Beautiful & Cleanest Home

From the moment we opened the door, we knew we were going to love this home. The beautiful music playing as we came in was a lovely touch. This home was absolutely spotless. The location was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 4 of us. The beds were very comfy and loved the soft linens, too. We are excited to return next year but for more than 4 days.
