Although we didn't have an ocean view, the lagoon we overlooked was gorgeous and teaming with wildlife, beautiful egrets and an alligator! Our villa was well equipped but in need of some updating and could have been cleaner but our view made up for what Villa 26 lacked! We were short one beach chair and the charger for one of our golf carts was not working but Bald Head services was very quick to respond… brought us a new chair, fixed the charger and even brought us a grill brush to clean the very old gas grill. We so much appreciated their prompt service! We have been coming to Bald Head for years but this was the first time renting a villa because their were only 4 of us. I would rent a villa again but will look for one that has been updated next time.

This was our first time vacationing at Bald Head Island, and we had a wonderful time! This villa is beautifully decorated, and in a perfect location. Stunning views of the golf course, a short walk to the beach and pools. The two 4 passenger golf carts made it very convenient to get around. We were a large group consisting of 2 families and rented side by side villas. We can't wait to plan our next trip, and will definitely stay here again.

We had a great time staying at Birdwatchers Roost. The location is great and the view of the golf course was fantastic (even saw a large alligator one day)! Everything in the home worked well and we had no issues. Would definitely recommend staying here!

We were very pleased with our stay. The pictures of the home is very representative of how it was. It was clean and well appointed and comfortable. Great view of the golf course and pond. Could hear the waves breaking from the deck -very relaxing. Nice to have the use of two golf carts, both were in good shape. We would definitely return!

Fun, unique villa with nice comfy beds and beautiful views of salt marsh and golf course. Beautiful beaches across the street. We saw many different birds and an alligator in the marsh!

We had guests come in on short notice for a COVID-19 wedding. Brandy made it so easy to set a rental in this beautiful Villa. It was beautifully decorated, very comfortable, and had a beachy feel which is what you always want on an island!

It's obvious when you walk in that this house has very recently been redone... new everything from appliances to floors to furnishings to bed linens! The kitchen had everything for cooking ... more utensils than any other place I've been to in my nine years coming to BHI. My grandchildren were fascinated to see the occasional alligator sunning themselves on the golf course across the lagoon. We had a great time here and had EVERYTHING we needed...and then some.
