Welcome to our charming 3 bedroom villa under new ownership! Our home boasts spectacular ocean views from 2 elevated decks and a heavenly shaded ocean breeze on the ground level porch overlooking the lagoon. We are located just a short walk to the nearest beach access across the street and away from the noise of the BHI club hustle and bustle. The main level of the home contains 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, kitchen, and living room, while the loft area contains a twin bunk bed with a half bath. The master on the main level has a king bed with private bath and walk in shower. The second master bedroom has a king bed and pull out twin sofa bed with a private shower/tub combo bath. There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Every room has a TV with a Roku and recently upgraded golf carts, with refurbished 4- passenger cart and a 2021 6- passenger cart. The home also has an ice maker.

Everything from the kitchen to the transportation had everything we needed and more! Carts are a huge part of the stay on BHI, and this villa exceeded our expectations with that. The new 6 seater was super comfortable. Nice to have 2 carts both new and nice to ride in. Great place to stay with ocean view as well!

Villa #14, Doctor's Orders, is clean, bright, with a chic comfortable coastal decor. The views are spectacular and the location convenient to everything BHI offers. The beds and linens were the best. Wonderful kitchen and furnishings. Thoughtful amenities included such as 2 golf carts; beach chairs, toys, and towels; several bicycles. Already planning to return!

We loved Villa #14! Our 3 night stay was just as we hoped it would be! We felt comfortable and cozy in Villa #14 with it's cheerful decor and amenities that provided everything we needed. Best of all was the location with great views from the deck, kitchen, front windows and the rooftop. Very picturesque! We enjoyed rocking on the rooftop, lounging on the deck and looking for alligators...but didn't see any. We appreciated the privacy from neighbors by the way the homes are built. We had such fun exploring the island using the golf carts. When one cart stopped on us, Bald Head Island management services brought it back without any question or problem. I did wash the sliding glass door windows and the golf cart windows for better clarity and would recommend that be done for each renter. Unfortunately we couldn't find the deck umbrella mentioned in the owner's information, but it never got too hot anyway during our visit. We were confused by the door lock and couldn't figure out a key that could open the house doors once locked, so we kept the house unlocked. We loved staying here, and appreciate all the help we received with our questions before and during out visit, and, would love to return to Villa #14 in the future.

We loved every minute of our stay at Doctors Orders. The ocean view from the deck is amazing. The breeze on the lower deck while laying in the hammock was so peaceful too. It's such an easy walk to the gorgeous South Beach, or to the newly renovated BHI club. The home is gorgeous, clean, cozy and well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy our stay. LOVE the ship lap and decor!! The kids had a blast on the spider swing! We will definitely be back!
