This charming one bedroom / one bath cottage is the perfect little getaway! It is located in the harbor village of Bald Head Island and located directly on the bulk head facing the marina. The views are one of a kind! Enjoy spectacular sunsets or watch the boats pull into the marina. Our cottage includes a queen bed and 2 twin cots that are extra comfy if the kiddos decide to join! Your four legged kids are welcome too! The island is very pet friendly and we welcome them as our guests as well.

Very comfortable with everything we needed for an enjoyable 5 day stay. The refrigerator with icemaker was great and the two beach chairs were an unexpected surprise. Being pet friendly was really nice and enabled us to enjoy our vacation with our little fur-boy. The only additional thing that we would have appreciated would have been the option for temporary membership at one of the clubs. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect spot for a quick trip for myself and my wife. We had everything we needed, it was beautiful spot, and could not have asked for more. would highly recommend staying here if all you need is one room. Thank you to our hosts for a wonderful experience.

Loved staying at "Water"! Great location and the place is adorable! Well designed and great use of space! Was a bit tight for the for us (2 adults, an 11 year, and 7 year old) but it worked. Plenty of space for 2 or 3 people. Would definitely stay again. Thank you for a wonderful getaway!

It's the perfect location in the harbor walk to everything! Being able to walk to the boat and not have to take a tram was great! Working with Brandy and her team at BHI Services is always such a pleasure! This is a great property to rent and we will rent it again in the future! You will love the convenience of this location!

“Wonderful cottage, beautiful location” My wife and I had the opportunity to visit Bald Head Island. We stayed in the cottage “Water”. The cottage is located right on the harbor an offer spectacular views of the boats, birds, and gorgeous sunsets. The location is the perfect site for walks to the beach in to the Bald Head Lighthouse. I appreciated having a golf court supplied. We easily explored the entire island. Except for it being cold and windy, the weekend was perfect. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

We really enjoyed being in the harbor and being able to open the windows to hear the peaceful sounds of the island. The unit was clean and had everything we needed for a weekend getaway. It was an easy walk to Mojo's and Delphina's to grab great evening dinners. The market isn't far away either for a great breakfast. Also being close to Sandpiper for ice cream is an added treat. It was a perfect size for the 2 of us to relax and unwind while being on the island we love so much. Coffee in the morning and wine on the harbor at night. Not a better place in the world! Special thanks so the homeowner and Brandy for making our weekend possible. We look forward to coming back soon!!
