The spacious open floor plan downstairs includes a large kitchen with upgraded appliances, a big dining table, and a comfy living area perfect for family time. Step out to the screened-in porch or enjoy the fenced side yard with grilling space, great for your furry friends. The master bedroom is downstairs with a queen bed, a big walk-in shower, and a separate tub for ultimate relaxation. Upstairs, there are four more bedrooms and three bathrooms. Explore the island using our two golf carts and enjoy the BHI club (available for separate purchase).
