• A fully equipped indoor kitchen with everything needed to prepare your meals

• Bedroom 1: Dormitory-style room with 2 double beds (140 cm)
• Bedroom 2: Dormitory-style room with 1 double bed (140 cm) and 1 bunk bed
• Bedroom 3: 1 double bed (140 cm). This bedroom does not have a window, making it ideal for guests who enjoy complete darkness while sleeping
• Bedroom 4: 1 Queen-size bed (160 cm)
Bathrooms:
• 2 functional bathrooms
• Each bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet (not separate)
Outdoor areas designed for an enjoyable holiday:

A security deposit of €800 by bank card pre-authorisation is required before arrival to access the property. This deposit is mandatory for all guests, including Airbnb travellers.

Baby equipment available as an optional extra: travel cot and high chair provided as a package for €15 per stay. The travel cot is provided with the standard mattress designed for this type of cot, not with an additional thick mattress. Baby bed linen is not provided.
Early check-in or late check-out: possible only subject to availability, with an extra charge of €40. Late arrival after 11:00 p.m.: €40 extra charge only if an in-person check-in is required. If the late arrival after 11:00 p.m.
