Our apartment is a rare little haven so close to the ocean: three comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room that feels like pure vacation, and above all, a large 200 m² private garden where you can live outdoors from morning to night. With on-site parking and the beaches, the port, and charming local spots just minutes away, everything is in place for a peaceful, simple, and refreshing stay. On the first floor of a small residence without a lift, this bright 1980s apartment—carefully renovated—welcomes you with a warm atmosphere that blends vintage charm and modern comfort. Access is smooth and straightforward: by car, you arrive via Avenue Maréchal Leclerc and enter the residence’s shared parking area. A large gate then leads you into the private garden, where you can park your vehicle peacefully before reaching the apartment. You may choose a self check-in with the key box or a warm welcome from our concierge service, depending on your preference. A few important points: this home, a family property from the 1980s, blends vintage charm with modern comfort thanks to its renovation while preserving its original character. As you enter, you’ll discover a convivial living space featuring two sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining area for six, and a bar corner perfect for relaxed evenings and aperitifs. From this room, you can step out onto the long balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs—ideal for a sunny coffee or a peaceful moment at the end of the day.
The kitchen, with its slightly vintage character, is fully equipped with storage, a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop and an old-style sink. For breakfast lovers, you’ll also find a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.
The blue bedroom is a true cosy retreat, featuring a 160×200 cm bed, a large dressing area, a personal wash space with basin and illuminated mirror, a flat-screen TV and a small desk for remote work or quiet writing.
