Our apartment is a rare little haven so close to the ocean: three comfortable bedrooms, a bright living room that feels like pure vacation, and above all, a large 200 m² private garden where you can live outdoors from morning to night. With on-site parking and the beaches, the port, and charming local spots just minutes away, everything is in place for a peaceful, simple, and refreshing stay.

On the first floor of a small residence without a lift, this bright 1980s apartment—carefully renovated—welcomes you with a warm atmosphere that blends vintage charm and modern comfort.

As you enter, you’ll discover a convivial living space featuring two sofas, a flat-screen TV, a dining area for six, and a bar corner perfect for relaxed evenings and aperitifs. From this room, you can step out onto the long balcony, furnished with a small table and two chairs—ideal for a sunny coffee or a peaceful moment at the end of the day.
The kitchen, with its slightly vintage character, is fully equipped with storage, a fridge-freezer, oven, microwave, stovetop and an old-style sink. For breakfast lovers, you’ll also find a Tassimo coffee machine, kettle, and toaster.

The blue bedroom is a true cosy retreat, featuring a 160×200 cm bed, a large dressing area, a personal wash space with basin and illuminated mirror, a flat-screen TV and a small desk for remote work or quiet writing.
The coral bedroom, soft and soothing, offers a 140×190 cm bed, a wardrobe and a flat-screen TV.
The third bedroom, designed with children or friends in mind, includes 90×190 cm bunk beds and a practical shelf for personal items.

The bathroom comes with a bathtub and a washing machine, and the toilet is separate. At the bottom of the staircase, a small storage area holds a few beach toys—perfect for spontaneous seaside outings.

Outside, on the ground floor, you’ll enjoy a large private garden with a built-in barbecue, sun loungers, a table with six chairs, and space to park your vehicle with ease.

Access is smooth and straightforward: by car, you arrive via Avenue Maréchal Leclerc and enter the residence’s shared parking area. A large gate then leads you into the private garden, where you can park your vehicle peacefully before reaching the apartment. You may choose a self check-in with the key box or a warm welcome from our concierge service, depending on your preference.

A few important points: this home, a family property from the 1980s, blends vintage charm with modern comfort thanks to its renovation while preserving its original character. Open to travelers, it has been designed to remain practical and comfortable, especially for families. We work with a local concierge service to ensure a smooth arrival and a serene stay.

The residence includes three units, lived in year-round and also frequented by holidaymakers. For parking, you may leave your vehicle on the property’s private land or outside the residence.
