This cozy, nicely maintained home, (which backs up to one of the fishing ponds), offers a full size dine-in kitchen, washer and dryer, 3 TV's, 1DVD, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The community is just 3 miles away from Ocean City's beaches and attractions, and right next door to Frontier Town Western Theme Park and water-park. Of course all of West Ocean City's outlets and restaurants are just a couple of miles down the road. Occupancy 6. No pets and no smoking. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
