Recently renovated Assateague Point unit. This 2 bedroom is well appointed and has that beachy feel from every corner. One of the 2 community pools is just steps away from the back porch as well. The back porch and yard offer a relaxing view of the pond and water fountain, and is located close to the fishing & crabbing pier and to many of the amenities offered in Assateague Point. This home has a kitchen, washer/dryer, TV, Free WiFi, central a/c, and parking for 2 cars. The community offers something for the whole family - from the 2 large outdoor pools, rec room, fishing pier into the bay, stocked fishing ponds and paddle boats, to the basketball half court, playgrounds and picnic sites. Located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk. The home is non smoking, and pets are not allowed. Occupancy 6. Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
