The property also includes parking for two vehicles and is strictly non-smoking. While staying at Assateague Pointe, guests can enjoy a variety of amenities including two large outdoor pools, a clubhouse, game room, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a lighted fishing pier, and more. Conveniently located near West Ocean City’s restaurants, outlet shopping, and just a short drive to the beaches of Ocean City and Assateague Island. Occupancy is limited to six guests. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
