This oceanfront condo offers a stunning direct view with a wraparound balcony perfect for taking in breathtaking sunsets. The building features one of the largest outdoor pools in Ocean City, MD, along with an outdoor shower, tennis court, and elevator access. This 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, full-size washer and dryer, and central air conditioning. No smoking or pets allowed. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
