Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check-in, you get a refund minus $150.00. Within 90 days of check-in, the property must re-rent before any refund is given, and you would lose $150 plus 16% of the base rent.
This beautifully serene and peaceful condo, offering a modest ocean view from the balcony, has 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, an elevator, 2-car parking, free Wi-Fi, premium cable in the living room, Roku streaming in the bedrooms, and an outdoor pool . With a full kitchen, washer/dryer, central a/c, a queen bed in each bedroom, and a queen pull-out in the living room, what more could you want? Just park your cars for the week and walk to everything. This will be a condo you’ll want to come back to year after year. Pool also stays open until the end of September!
