Located within the private gated community of Assateague Pointe, this beautifully furnished home is the perfect place to spend your vacation. The property includes a full kitchen, washer and dryer, large flatscreen smart TV with streaming capabilities, and central A/C. The community features amenities for all ages, including two large outdoor pools, a recreation room, a fishing pier into the bay, stocked fishing ponds, complimentary paddle boats, a basketball half court, playgrounds, and picnic areas. Conveniently located just minutes from the beaches of Assateague Island National Park and the Ocean City beach and boardwalk, this home provides a great base for your coastal vacation. Occupancy is limited to six guests. This is a non-smoking property, and pets are not permitted. Please note: sheets, towels, paper products, and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package, including sheets and towels, is available to rent for an additional charge. Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check in, you get a refund minus $100.00. Within 90 days of check in, the property must re rent before any refund is given, then you would lose $100 plus 16% of the base rent.
