Our cancellation policy: If you cancel anytime outside of 90 days before check-in, you get a refund minus $150.00. Within 90 days of check-in, the property must re-rent before any refund is given, and you would lose $150 plus 16% of the base rent.

The bayfront building features an outdoor pool and a designated area for fishing and crabbing, making it a favorite for both relaxation and recreation. Located on the 3rd floor, the condo overlooks the canal and includes a fully equipped kitchen, microwave, two TVs, DVD player, and central A/C. Priced right, this unit books quickly. A coin-operated laundry room is available in the building for tenant use. Boat docks are offered on a first-come, first-served basis, with advance payment and registration required—$75 weekly or $50 for the weekend.
