The complex is not only within close proximity to the prettiest beach on earth, but also nestled among coastal trees for a truly enriching vacation experience. Cassine Gardens 111 is a quiet, two-bedroom, and two-bathroom vacation condo. It can accommodate up to five guests. With its secluded scenery, this is the perfect vacation rental for beachgoers that love a sense of privacy.

The first level of this condo is made up of comfortable sleeping quarters, which includes the master suite and a guest bedroom. The master suite features a queen-size bed, armoire with TV, and sliding glass doors that open onto a private outdoor patio. Down the hallway, the guest room houses a full/twin bunk. This room is great for kids and kids-at-heart! The master suite and guest room share a full hall bath.

Upstairs, you will find a sunny great room made up of the living, kitchen, and dining areas. The family room includes a black leather couch and matching loveseat paired with coastal accents galore. A glass-topped coffee table with seashells, an elegant china cabinet, and simple wall art create a cozy beach aesthetic. Sliding glass doors lead from the living room to a second-level balcony that overlooks the treetops. Take a seat and enjoy the view, while sipping your favorite vacation cocktail. Back inside, a circular dining table includes seating for four. The kitchen is nearby and features a breakfast bar, three bright pink stools, brushed stainless-steel appliances, and a window that looks into the living and dining rooms to create an open concept feel.

The condo complex provides guests with amenities to enhance the vacation experience. Not only is the beach located just a short walk away, two community swimming pools are within walking distance, as well. Each pool features a patio and lounge seating so you can truly relax under the Florida sun. A basketball court is also provided.

Cassine Gardens’ convenient location in Seagrove Beach places vacationers near an abundance of coastal amusements. Nearby restaurants include Mi Casita Mexican Grill, Café Thirty-A, and Brozinni’s.
