This cute ground-level condo is located in Seagrove Beach on Scenic 30A, less than a two-minute walk from the beach. The condo has two bedrooms and can accommodate up to six beachgoing guests.

This cozy rental immediately puts guests in a vacation frame of mind. The condo’s interior is painted in calm beach tones and decorated with coastal accents. An open floorplan combines the living room, dining area, and kitchen. On one end of the great room, a wall of sliding glass doors filters in soothing sunlight and opens onto a breezy deck that faces the community pool. Furnished with two outdoor chairs, this is the perfect spot to enjoy refreshing coastal breezes and a cool drink. Back in the living room, a casual seating ensemble includes a sandy-toned queen size sleeper sofa and a tropically patterned armchair centered around a chic drink table. This setup faces a wall-mounted TV. Honey-toned flooring extends into the dining area, where you will find a beach-washed table and four chairs. Adjacent to the dining area, the open kitchen provides plenty of space to serve up a homecooked meal while on vacation. The kitchen features custom white cabinetry, a tiled backsplash, stainless steel appliances, and sleek granite countertops.

The condo’s master bedroom provides a beachy escape for guests, with pale-blue walls, light furnishings, and coastal wall décor. It includes a queen-size bed, flatscreen TV, sunny window, and private ensuite bath. The cottage-style guest bedroom has two twin beds, white furnishings, a wall-mounted TV, and access to a full hall bath.
