Oversee Rentals is responsible for 335 Lakeview. Easy Breezy is a beautiful, original 1960s-era lakefront beach home that has been completely renovated but still retains its charm. It is a stunning home with breathtaking views, located right on Eastern Lake. You can reach the beautiful white beaches of South Walton by taking a quick swim across the lake, or simply walking down the street.

The large deck is a great spot to start your day with a cup or two of coffee or an evening barbecue on the grill. You will also have one of the best views of breathtaking sunsets in the area.

Easy Breezy's open design will make you feel at home. From the living room to bedrooms, you will be able to enjoy the view of Eastern Lake from every part of the house. A pull-out sofa bed can be found in the living room. You will find two king bedrooms with double doors that open to the large Florida room as you walk down the hallway. You will find twin beds with trundle bed in the Florida room.

It is located on Eastern Lake and offers the perfect location to enjoy all that scenic 30A has. The house is close to a public boat ramp and Eastern lake is open for all types of boating, except jet-skis. Paddleboards and fishing are allowed.
