Property Description

Casa Playa is a charming getaway in Seagrove Beach that's perfect for a family vacation or anniversary. The home is surrounded by a private pool, screened in porch, and natural landscaping.

You are just a short bike ride or walk from the San Juan Beach Access, located just off scenic 30A. You can find shopping and dining in the popular Seaside neighborhood within minutes.

The 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths are located on separate floors with separate exterior entrances. The floors are not connected by an interior staircase. This arrangement is ideal for couples, families with grandparents, and older children who want to share their privacy while still being close to each other.

A pathway to the left will take you to the exterior door of the ground-floor bedroom. This queen-sized guest room has a TV and a private bath with a shower.

A gate leads to a tropical oasis on the right side. Relax and dine in your private pool (optional heat), or enjoy the enclosed outdoor shower.

The exterior staircase leads up to the main floor. The kitchen is spacious and includes plenty of counter and cabinet space, stainless steel appliances, as well as bar seating. There are plenty of comfortable seating in the living room, including a daybed and a sleeper sofa.

French doors open to a screened in porch from the living and dining areas. A king-size bedroom is located nearby. There is also a large tub/shower combination in the en suite bathroom. An additional feature is a garage that can be used to store bikes, beach chairs and other sandy toys.
