Property Description

Oversee Rentals is responsible for managing 185 Cullman. This new construction plantation home is nestled in a grove full of pine trees and magnolias. Two pools, a tennis court, and a children's playground are just a few of the walking paths that wind through the property. You can feel secluded while still being close to the action at 30A.

You will pass the first-floor queen guest room with private bathroom as you enter this newly constructed home. The open-concept living space features a chefas cooking area, a dining area with seating for six, and four additional seats at the island. The large LCD TV in the living room offers surround sound for movie nights or big game viewing. You will find a large screened-in porch to enjoy the natural surroundings by going past the living room through the French doors.

The master bedroom on the second floor has a king bed and a private bathroom. There is also a TV and secluded balcony. The third bedroom has a queen bed and a private bath with TV. You will find a second living space between the master bedroom & guest bedroom. It has a flat-screen TV and a couch. This is a great place to relax and unwind.
