Oversee Rentals professionally manages 141 San Juan. Blue Grass Bungalow, a 3-bedroom plus bunk/3 bathroom home located in Seagrove Beach's San Juan beach access, is conveniently located. The heated pool and large deck are just a few of the many amenities that this home offers. There is ample parking for four vehicles. This home is perfect for family vacations.

Bluegrass Bungalow features an open floor plan that places the living room in the middle of the home. The kitchen is fully equipped for entertaining and has granite countertops. The master bedroom features a king-sized bed and a desk area. The master bathroom has a garden tub and separate tiled shower. It also includes a large closet. The bunk room is located just off the master. It has twin beds and a desk. This room is great for the kids or as a home office. The 1st guest room has a queen-sized bed, large dresser and a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The second guest room features a full-sized bed with twin trundles and a private bathroom.

A large, paved parking area includes a basketball goal and three bicycles for guests. The heated pool features a large deck for sunbathing, relaxing and cooking on the gas grill. You can walk or bike to Seaside, as well as many great restaurants along Highway 30A.
