Oversee Rentals professionally manages 92 San Juan. Mellow Yellow offers the convenience of sunbathing in your own private pool, as well as the use of the grill for dinners at the sunset. The famed emerald coast is just a short distance from this home.

Mellow Yellow, located in Old Seagrove Beach is centrally situated on Scenic 30A. This stretch of highway runs along Florida's beautiful Gulf Coast between Destin and Panama City Beach. This road connects South Walton's coastal villages through the unspoiled beauty of rare dune lakes and sugar white sand.

The living area, dining area, kitchen, and breakfast bar will all be your central gathering space when you enter the home. A guest room on the first floor has two twin beds and a bathroom. The second level contains a king master suite with a full bathroom and wrap-around porch. This floor also includes a guest room with a queen bed and a full bathroom. The third level is located up another flight. It has a kitchenette as well as an outdoor seating area that's perfect for enjoying a cocktail while the sun sets on the Seagrove tree line.
