THE HOME

The home was designed to maximize family fun. It features an open living, dining, and kitchen floorplan on the main level. A huge screened in porch at the back houses a pingpong table, custom bar, and seating area. The screened-in porch backs onto a nature preserve, providing privacy and lush tropical greenery. There is parking for 3 cars, a hot/cold water shower, a gas grill, and a beach gear storage area with chairs. Every level has a covered porch at the front for morning coffee or relaxing outdoors. You will find everything you need for a comfortable trip, including TVs in every bedroom, Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen.

BEDROOMS

The large master suite has a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom with a large soaking bathtub and walk-in shower. The upstairs bunk room has 3 twin XL beds and an en–suite bathroom. The first floor bedroom features a queen-sized bed and a twin XL bunk. It also has a walk-in closet.

KITCHEN; DINING

The fully-equipped kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and a colorful backsplash. There are three seating areas at the counter, and six at the dining table.

THE LOCATION

You can find great dining options, a local seafood market (highly recommend), shopping, and even bike and golf cart rentals within walking distance. Seaside, a charming town just 2 miles from the home, is a great place to eat and shop (bikes recommended). The HUB is a local hotspot that offers outdoor entertainment, food, and fun for all ages. Deer Lake State Park is a short bike ride along 30A that allows you to enjoy the unspoiled beauty of the 30A beaches as well as rare dune lakes. Seagrove Beach is centrally situated on 30A.
