Oversee Rentals professionally manages 295 Lakeview. Nora's Place, a classic lakefront house with a beach view, has just been renovated. It is situated right on Eastern Lake and offers breathtaking views. You can reach the beautiful white sand beaches in South Walton by taking a quick swim across the lake, or walking down the street. The 2nd floor deck is the perfect place to start your morning with a cup or two of coffee, or to have an evening barbecue on the grill. You will also be able to enjoy breathtaking sunsets from one of the best spots in the area. You will find a living and kitchen area in Nora's Place. This gives the home an open concept. The living room and master bedroom have views of Eastern Lake. You will find the second bedroom down the hallway, which also has a queen bed and a private bath. It is located on Eastern Lake and offers the perfect location to enjoy all that scenic 30A has. The house is close to a public boat ramp and Eastern lake is open for all types of boating, except jet-skis. Paddleboards and fishing are allowed. We are thrilled to have you stay with our company!
