The property has a second and a third floor layout that takes advantage of the desirable Gulf view and county road sights. The balcony on the second floor has a full south exposure. A set of sliding doors leads to the living area and the master bedroom with king size bed. This main level also has two full beds. The third landing, which is studio-style, can be used as a bedroom for a couple. It includes a king bed, seating, and a kitchenette.
