The sun is calling, so it's time for a beach vacation! And Beachwood Villas 13B is the perfect coastal hideaway to meet your vacation needs. This cozy condo is a second-floor unit that is located in Seagrove Beach, just a short stroll from the crystalline shores of Scenic 30A. It's comfortable accommodations and central location ensure a trip filled with fun and lifelong memories. With three bedrooms, the condo can entertain up to nine guests.
Laidback luxury is the first thing that comes to mind upon stepping inside this vacation home-away-from-home. Tile floors extend throughout the space, while glass doors let in lots of natural sunlight. Modern furnishings and minimalist dcor add to the beachy style. The living room's seating ensemble is made up of a cream colored couch flanked by a contemporary armchair. The setup encircles a white rectangular cocktail table and faces a wall-mounted TV. A set of sliding glass doors opens onto a breezy balcony furnished with Adirondack chairs. The dining area is situated adjacent to the living room. It includes a chic whitewashed hardwood table and four plush cushioned chairs. There are four stools at the kitchen's breakfast bar, offering additional seating for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, or cocktails.
