These quarters provide access to a game room equipped with a ping pong table, a flat-screen TV, and a full-size refrigerator-freezer, ensuring entertainment is never far away. A laundry room is also conveniently located on this floor for easy clean-up after a day at the beach.

Second Floor: Bright and Airy Living Spaces
Step up to the second floor, where you'll find a bright, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area bathed in natural light. *Additional $50.00 per day to heat the pool (available Oct-April if needed).

*Personal beach chairs and umbrellas are permitted on the beach. Tents and canopies are not permitted at any time per HOA regulations. Personal chairs and umbrellas may not be set up in front of the onsite beach service chairs on the water side. Chairs and umbrellas are available for rent through the onsite beach service.

*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is typically heated during holiday weeks and spring break.
