Property Description

Wine Down is located just steps from the community pools, and only 300 meters from the beach access. It is located in the Old Florida Cottages community, which is between Blue Mountain Beach, and Gulf Place.

The Old Florida Cottages community is located off a quiet street on the beach. It is easy to walk to the beach from here, as there are no major roads. The community pool is heated year-round. There are also covered pavilions and bathrooms.

The new flooring and coastal chic furnishings make the open living area and dining area charming. The kitchen has been updated with new countertops and appliances.

Upstairs, the king-sized primary bedroom has its own deck. The cute guest room has a queen-sized full-over-bunk and queen-sized bed. The main floor has a sofa-sleeper. Wine Down comfortably sleeps 8 people.

While porches are all around, the extended back porch is the most popular. This one is a favorite because it offers plenty of seating and views of the sparkling pool.
