Legacy 201 is a beautiful 4BR/3BA vacation rental condo in Santa Rosa Beach, FL. This condo is ideal for families and groups who want to make unforgettable memories on the Gulf Coast. It boasts a spacious interior that is comfortable and stylish.

Legacy 201's open living and kitchen area will impress you with the stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom and large balcony offer breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. The master suite has a king-size bed, an attached bathroom, and the additional bedrooms have a variety of sleeping arrangements to suit your group. Two bedrooms have queen-size beds. One bedroom has a Jack & Jill bath. The fourth bedroom has 4 twin bunk beds and a twin trundle. The hall houses the third bathroom.

The Legacy community is a gated community that offers private beach access. It is located just a short distance from the condo. A short walk will take you to the Cumberland Farms convenience shop, Cafe Thirty-A and Angelina's Pizzeria & Pasta as well as Mi Casita Mexican Grill and Under The Sea Ice Cream. You can take a short bike ride to Seaside, FL where you will find many dining and shopping options.

Legacy 201 has undergone a complete renovation with new furniture and fresh paint. It features a fully-equipped kitchen and comfortable living areas. There are 2 communal pools in Legacy, one of which is beachfront. The condo building also has an elevator. Parking is limited to two vehicles. Vehicle information will be required.
