Welcome to your 3-bedroom beach retreat, hidden in a beautiful, quiet section of WaterColor.

WaterColor is a prestigious neighborhood with a beach club, three-tiered swimming pools, a restaurant and bar, as well as shopping and other food options. You will find tennis and pickleball here, as well as miles of walking trails. There is also a boathouse that rents paddle boards and canoes on Western Lake. There are also multiple community pools.

Our home is located on the end of a quiet street, next to a nature reserve. A pergola with a Green Egg Grill and patio seating is a great place to relax and dine in the wooded yard. The back deck features a picnic table. The front porch has ample seating and a swing.

The luxurious open-dining-kitchen area is a relaxing space that allows for everyone to relax and unwind. The kitchen has high-end appliances and bar seating for 4. The dining table seats 6.

The king-sized first-floor suite features a sitting area, dual shower, dual vanity, and a private, screened terrace. Upstairs, you will find a second bedroom, king, which is located down the hall from a charming bunk room with a twin over full futon bunk and another twin. Each bedroom has its own bathroom.

You can park one large and one small vehicle and charge your Tesla home charger. You can use the four bikes for free, making it easy and enjoyable to visit the beaches and pools daily.
