Stay in Phoenix Gulf Shores 1501 - Luxury Condo with 4 Bedrooms, Perfect for 16 Guests

Perfect for multiple people and a variety of ages. It was a perfect space!

Would rent again, excellent rental

The property met all our expectations! We rented a four bedroom condo for all our famy and truly enjoyed our experience!

Table was taller than chairs on deck, called in and received no response. Broken broom to sweep with. Electrical shorts in bathroom and front roof. Stove was slow to heat.

We will stay again. We loved the area, proximity to the beach, places to eat and the weather. We did have some experiences that were not acceptable but the problem was taken care of.

It was a very nice property and worked well for our size family. It was clean. Had issues with the sound on the tv, but was fixed promptly. They need more pans in the kitchen, I had to use a muffin tin to heat up taco shells, as no cookie sheet. If they could have given us better weather, that would have been helpful, LOL...

We so enjoyed our time in your condo! The space was perfect for our family of 11. The grands had a ball in the indoor pool and even was able to play on the slide to the outdoor pool a couple of times. I would highly recommend this rental for large families. Michael was wonderful to work with! Our daughter accidentally left her Pampered Chef can opener and he graciously mailed it back to us. That is service!

We enjoyed our stay, too few towels for 11 people, and a couple of the kitchen chairs were broken.

This condo was perfect. It has the best view. Tons of space. There were 18 of us that stayed and we had plenty of room. Location was perfect. Very easy check in and check out procedure. Would definitely stay again.

This condo has everything you need. It was very clean. The bedrooms and living area are very spacious, plenty of room. The balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching beach goers and dolphins. The location is great. It was nice to be able to walk right out to the beach.

The rental was very clean and as described. Very little supplies however. Kitchen supplies need to be restocked, very few pots and pans for such a large unit that can sleep 16 people. Also the ladders to the bunk beds need repairing or replacing. We had an issue with tripping a breaker and was not able to get assistance from the number on the fridge or the front desk. We called a friend who owns a condo at this property and was able to locate the breaker box.

We had a great trip! The condo was beautiful and very clean. We are already looking at possibly staying here again next year. The view was wonderful and it was so convenient that we were able to walk to a local restaurant for lunch each day.
The bar stools were not as stable as we would have liked. We tried to avoid those. I also would not have felt comfortable as an adult sleeping in the bunk beds. They were not all that sturdy. Overall, great trip with everything we could have hoped for.

We enjoyed dinner at Lulus. The hangout was another big hit!

Despite having 16 people, we were able to sleep them all, keep the condo cool, have hot water, have plenty of outdoor seating, and store our food.Easy access to parking, beach, and pool.

We grilled out one night on the charcoal grill and ate on the balcony while the kids ate inside. The trip came and went way too quickly. We had a great time!
