We love Phoenix Gulf Shores!

Wonderful condo, with beautiful views and great location! We enjoyed everything about this condo. The property is well cared for & the staff are very friendly. We enjoyed all the amenities. We hope to be back next year, to enjoy it all over again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. It was comfortable, very nicely decorated, beds were comfy. And the VIEWS! We could see dolphins from the balcony, schools of fish in the water and just had a great time. We loved the place so much we want to return next year!

It was a really nice condo! The ice maker didn’t work but I didn’t contact anyone. There were 12 of us and we had a really nice ladies’ weekend at the beach. I would definitely stay here again.

The amenities were fine, but the room was outdated.

So much room for the thirteen of us. Kids had a blast at the beach and the pool. What a beautiful view!

We had 6 adults, two teenagers and a 5 year old. Plenty of room for everyone and the condo was beautiful. Looks exactly like the photos. Steps away from the beach and pool. Elevators were always available.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo was exactly as pictured. Beautiful views from every window. Plenty of room for the 10 of us. A couple of things need repair. Michael was great with the repairs. Kids loved the slide in the pool and the beach was not crowded. We would go again.

Gulf Shores is our happy place . The views from 1204 are amazing.

Very clean, comfortable beds, great balcony! Only complaints are indoor pool is way to cold! And dishwasher didn’t work and when I sent a message no one responded. No big deal! I would definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful time! Our stay was from 8/21/21-8/28/21. This unit is exactly as pictured. I will say I don't believe the queen beds are a full queen size but they held 2 people easily. Everything you could possibly need is included in this unit. I have read there needs to be more cookware in the rooms but in this unit that isn't true. Every utensil you need is here. The room was immaculate and the views spectacular. We had no problems at all. You will LOVE staying here!

We had a great vacation at Phoenix Gulf Shores. The unit was beautiful and and the whole resort was very nice, very clean and well kept!

Beautiful corner condo with spectacular views! The balcony is oversized which gives a little extra room to enjoy the views. All bedrooms were comfortable and condo was clean. The ice maker did not work while we were there so that would have been very nice to have. An email was sent on Sunday but no response was received. The kitchen faucet needs replaced as it is not attached and the stove needs replaced as it takes too long to heat and cook. It would also be great to have some kitchen towels and potholders in the kitchen! Overall, we had a fantastic time while in Gulf Shores.

This was just as the photos show - spacious, clean, well appointed. The mgmt was great and the building is run very well. No long lines for elevators, easy parking. Will be back.

We visited in April ‘21 & we will be back! The building is great, people complaining about the elevators in previous reviews either had a different experience than we did, or they’re exaggerating wait times.
Exactly as pictured, except the view of the ocean was even better in person! Tons of space for all of us (6 adults + 6 kids, ages 2-11 yrs).
Even though they will not respond to issues in this exact condo, (it appears the majority of the rest of the building is probably owned & operated by a single big company) the pool & building staff, & the security staff were all very nice! Building was clean & felt safe. Walmart is ~8 min away, so easy to get anything you need.
Only issue with the building/location (and apparently all of Gulf Shores?) was that the entrance & exit for the parking ramp were flooded after a full night of extreme rain. We were able to get through with our minivans, but not without a “warning” from a security guard that driving through the water would be at our own risk... which was totally fair.
Now, on to the meat and potatoes of this review...
A HUGE ‘thank you’ to Mike, the Property Manager, for going above and beyond not once, but twice to help give us the absolute best experience!
During our stay we experienced a clogged toilet. Mike came to the condo first thing the next morning, then called a plumber who addressed this and thoroughly cleaned up the area within just a few hours.
Once we were all checked out, and several hours into our drive home, I was alarmed, to say the least, to discover that I had left my wedding ring at the condo! Thankfully, I still had Mike’s number from having to call about the toilet, he answered immediately, even though he was in the middle of eating his dinner, and said that he would go over to the condo right away to find it. Within an hour he had found my ring and let me know that he would be consulting his local jeweler to determin

We had a great time in Gulf Shores. The property was amazing. floor to ceiling ocean views. Plenty of space. Comfy beds. Great location. Amazing beach. Perfect accommodations for our group of 12.

We were extremely impressed with the condo the minute we walked in the door. It comfortably accommodated a group of 10. The view from the room was gorgeous and the kids had plenty fun in the pools. The property gave us easy access to the beach which made for nice morning walks and fun in the sun. If taking a family vacation I would highly recommend this property.

Nice location. Floor to ceiling windows on the end unit were amazing in the mornings. Kitchen was pretty well equipped. Condition was less than desirable. There living room recliners are in need of replacement and look terrible, the color is gone on the headrests. There is a smoke detector laying on a dresser, the guest bathroom door won’t shut, the master bedroom door knob was falling off (fixed personally), and many lightbulbs were burned out. Trying to buy a parking pass around Christmas with the front desk having partial hours was a struggle, leaving notes threatening to boot our car when there was no one at the front desk. Even drove to Phoenix All Suites as suggested by the phone number and they didn’t have the right form.

Our condo was on the 12th floor with killer views. The condo was 4 Br and with quite spacious interior which was great for our 4 couples. Wish they had better pots and pans as we cooked in each night and could have used bigger cookware to accommodate meals for 8 adults. The space was great as 8 adults could sit and eat comfortably and not feel crunched. We stayed out in the balcony for much of the trip and it was wonderful playing cards and sipping drinks with the beautiful breeze and views. My only cons are:Housekeeping needs to clean under the beds, and nonstick larger cookware would be a plus.
