This sprawling home features a large 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home with a fenced yard. This property is great for entertaining! Winter Texan rates starting at $2000 in January and February CONDO INTERIOR FEATURES -House, Two story, and no elevator -Bedrooms located on the upper level of the home -Kitchen, Dinning, and Living area -Flat-screen TVs -Washer and Dryer in unit KITCHEN & DINING -Fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials -Dinning table with seating for six -Breakfast bar with seating for two -Standard coffee maker, and Keurig Coffee maker -Crockpot -Toaster -Toaster oven -Blender -Mixer BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 10) -Master bedroom: Queen size bed -Second bedroom: Queen size bed -Third bedroom: Queen size bed -Fourth bedroom: Two Twin over Full bunkbeds Two full bathrooms with walk-in showers. One half bath. EXTERIOR -Patio with chairs - Communal Pool -Charcoal grill near community pool CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting agents that meet or exceed the CDC performance standards. -All properties are equipped with one hand towel and one bath towel. These complimentary amenities are offered in the property as an added convenience until you can shop: hand/bath soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One paper towel, two paper towels, one dishwasher pod, two trash bags and one make-up remover per bathroom. We inspect every property to ensure it is ready for your family's arrival.   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Please note that the check in time is an estimate; housekeeping and maintenance do their best to have you ready by 4pm, but it is not guaranteed. Port A Beach House Company requires that all guests who are contracted must be at least 25 years old. The guest must possess a valid form of ID, such as a State Driver's License. For guests, the -STARTER set will include two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods and one toilet paper roll per toilet, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry items. We will not replenish the starter set and guests should bring more of these items. Construction is always taking place in Port Aransas. We can't guarantee you won't hear/see any construction, building, community improvement projects, or events during your stay. -Cable/WIFI are provided as a convenience. Port A may experience outages from now to then. There are no refunds for cable/WIFI outages or city pool closings due to cleaning, repair, or maintenance. Remember that you are an island and that pests/mosquitos can be abundant several times a year.
