Beautiful newly remodeled 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home located in the new Station Street Cottages development and only half a mile from the beautiful Port Aransas beach! Cottage is located between two major beach access roads and is a short drive to the beach either by Golf Cart or car. One of 8 beautiful cottages with a private patio area leading to a private swimming pool/recreation area and grill located directly behind the cottage. Cottage living room windows overlook the pool area.

-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
