Welcome to Oleander House, a one-of-a-kind Port Aransas ranch home built in 1957 and full of timeless charm. Once featured in the Garden Club&rsquo;s first home tour, this classic coastal gem has been thoughtfully remodeled to preserve its original craftsmanship while adding fresh, beachy updates that make it feel bright, welcoming, and truly special. With 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, Oleander House is the perfect home base for family vacations, friend getaways, and memory-making weekends on the island. The backyard is made for sunny days and slow afternoons, featuring a large private pool and a fenced-in yard so your furry companions can enjoy the vacation too. Whether you&rsquo;re floating under the Texas sun, grilling dinner after a beach day, or rinsing off in the outdoor shower, Oleander House is the kind of stay that feels relaxed, comfortable, and effortlessly coastal.<br />
We do have the pool serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday and we do our best to keep sand out of the pool. Because we are right next to the dunes, inevitably you will probably see some sand at the bottom of the pool.<br />
