<strong>THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING</strong><br />
• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.<br />
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.<br />
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.<br />

<strong>GOLF CART INFORMATION (INCLUDED)</strong><br />
• Golf cart deliveries are scheduled based on check-in times, typically around 4 PM.<br />
• Golf carts are provided through our trusted partner, Beachin' Buggies.<br />
• After your booking is confirmed, Beachin' Buggies will reach out to you directly to finalize the rental details.<br />
• The golf cart is not included in long-term rentals. An additional fee will apply if you wish to add a golf cart to a month-to-month rental.<br />

<strong>BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED</strong><br />
• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.<br />

Port A beach House Company was amazing, everyone I spoke to was helpful and enthusiastic. The house was great, exactly what we expected and had all the amenities we needed. Highly suggest renting a golf cart if you stay at Coconut Hut. We had a wonderful vacation and are so thankful for the prompt responses and customer service from Port A Beach House Company. Will definitely be using them again in the future!!
