Also located near all of the local favorite restaurants, shops and sips! La Playa’s famous guacamole and margaritas are just few blocks away! Guests love the incredibly comfortable beds, custom tiled bathrooms featuring Italian marble, and flat screen TV’s with Direct TV in all the bedrooms and living room. Don’t feel like going out? The chef’s kitchen is well equipped with everything needed to cook at home! Pura Vida is powered by 100% renewable energy, and stocked with all natural, chemical free hand soaps and household products. Who says beach living can’t be luxurious, comfortable AND earth-friendly?  
 
BEACH GEAR CREDIT INCLUDED 
Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay. As a gift to you, this home offers a beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay. You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest. Please note that a small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION 
-A two-night minimum stay is required. 
-Check in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4pm but there is no guarantee. 
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home. 
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay. 
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if city pool is closed for cleaning, repair or maintenance. 
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by professional pest control service every month. 
 
CLEANING AND INSPECTION 
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards. 
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom. 
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towels, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom. 
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.

We were really impressed with the cleanliness and decor of Pura Vida. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you could want. Our house held our two sons , their wives, two small grandchildren, Mother-in-law and my husband and it Was plenty of room for all of us! Grand kids got to enjoy the pool. Will try and rent again in the future.
