1)Sandy Craic provides 5 paved parking spaces for 5 medium-sized vehicles.<br />
2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag<br />
3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of Sandy Craic. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways<br />
4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk<br />
5) Towing will be strictly enforced<br />

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION<br />
-A two-night minimum stay is required.<br />
-Check-in time is approximate time; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 pm but there is no guarantee.<br />
-STARTER set for guests to include two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests SHOULD bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.<br />
-Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.<br />
-Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.<br />
-Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.<br />

CLEANING AND INSPECTION<br />
-We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.<br />
-Every property is stocked with bath towels & washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property along with one hand towel per bathroom.<br />
-These complimentary amenities are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel, two dishwasher pods, two trash bags, and one make-up wipe per bathroom.<br />
-We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.<br />

We had a GREAT stay at "Sandy Craic" in Village Walk. Port A Beach House Company was WONDERFUL to work with and helped us make our stay great, given beach restrictions to vehicles! (put us in touch with a golf cart company to help shuttle us to the beach each day for FREE - tips of course! - Please rent your golf cart from Peyton's!!) Highly recommend this company for renting a vacation home in Port A.

My family of 4 went with another family of 4 to this beautiful, well-kept property in Port Aransas. There was plenty of space and everything was clean and well stocked. I never stay at a place twice, but I may have to come back to this one. Exceeded expectations.

The home is furnished nicely, very clean, and has tons of modern amenities. We loved how many different entertainment options there were for the kids: heated pool, board games, shuffleboard, Roku, etc. We would book this home again with no hesitation the next time we come back to Port A.

Our family had a wonderful time during our stay. The property was clean, spacious, comfortable beds, and nicely decorated. The ping pong, shuffleboard, and proximity to the pool was great for the kids. Would certainly book again.

House is set up great! Super clean, loved the layout, comfy beds, the showers were awesome! I feel like this is the best house in the neighborhood- nice view of the pool, kid friendly. I can tell the owners have put a lot of thought and attention in this home. We will be returning again next year!

Great place for us and our three grown children to all get together and spend quality time together visiting with each other! Grandkids all enjoyed the beach and pool playing with each other. We wish it was located closer to the beach, but the house was perfect for our family of 12!
