Thoughtfully designed and beautifully furnished, Blue Fin House sleeps up to 16 guests with 6 private sleeping quarters, including 3 master bedrooms and 3 full-over-queen bunk suites with stylish barn doors for added privacy.<br />
With 3 full bathrooms, one on the ground floor and two on the second floor, plus multiple spacious living areas, there’s plenty of room for families and groups to spread out and unwind.<br />
Step outside to enjoy wrap-around decks, abundant outdoor living space, and breathtaking ocean views from the third-floor lookout and the second-floor master bedroom. THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING<br />

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.<br />
• A copy of the driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.<br />
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.<br />

• A two-night minimum stay is required.<br />
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.<br />
• Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap and two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.<br />
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can’t guarantee that you won’t hear/see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.<br />
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.<br />
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos/pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.<br />

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.<br />
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.<br />

This is a great house. We had 3 families staying here and it was perfect! I appreciate all the little beach details in the house and the bunk room is fabulous! The kids were so excited to pick out their own rooms when we arrived. Everyone has room to spread out and the older girls love the upper level. All of us adults enjoyed sitting outside on the patio and use of the grill. Distance to the beach is not too far, but we rented a golf cart to haul of our stuff down there. Thank you so much for making our first multiple family trip one to remember. Everyone had a blast.

Best house in port a!!! We have stayed at a bunch of rental homes in port a and this one was by far the best! You could bring 9 couples and everyone would have a bed. Quick easy beach access to walk or drive a golf cart. Also the vehicle entrance is close by if you want to load up a vehicle and bring a bunch of stuff. We go back every year and I will always check to see if this house is available. Highly recommended.

My family and I headed to Port A for a week long getaway at the beach. We stayed at this beautiful home in Mustang Royale and had an amazing time. This home is located on a quiet little street off the beaten path and a 5 minute walk (2 min golf cart ride) to the beach. A nice pool is located 4 houses down and great for small to medium sized kids. My wife and I loved sitting on the upper deck in the morning and watching the sun come up over the gulf. The house has everything you need for our family of 4 and could have easily accommodated 1 or two more families as-well. If you are headed to Port A for a getaway, this is the place.

Had a great weekend here in Port A. It’s a nice short walk to the beach or a short drive to park on the beach. The house is super clean with lots of space. The 3rd floor is perfect for entertaining and hanging out, and the wrap-around porch offers great beach views. We will definitely be coming back.
