Property Description

**A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract must be submitted upon booking. To receive instructions on check-in, a copy of your driver's license is required. ** This lovely new home is just blocks away from the beautiful beach at Port Aransas. After a long day at sea, relax in this spacious home or under one the two gazebos near the pool. You can also grill your catch on the two provided grills. This pool can be heated for an additional $100 per day   CONDO INTERIOR FEATURES -House, Two story, and no elevator -Bedrooms located on both levels of the home -Kitchen, Dinning, and Living area -Flat-screen TVs -Washer and Dryer in unit KITCHEN & DINING - Fully equipped kitchen with all essentials -Dinning table with seating for six -Breakfast bar with seating for two -Standard coffeemaker, and Keurig Coffeemaker combo -Toaster - Mini Bar area -Margaritaville maker -Blender -Crock pot BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 10) -Master bedroom: King size bed with two ottomans that can be pulled into Twin size bed -Second bedroom: Queen size bed -Third bedroom: Queen size bed -Nook: Pulls out to Full size bed Four full bathrooms with walk-in showers. Shower/tub combination. EXTERIOR -Patio with chairs -Balcony with chairs - Private Pool -Two Charcoal grills -Fire pit CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting agents that meet or exceed the CDC performance standards. -All properties are equipped with one hand towel and one bath towel. These complimentary amenities are offered in the property as an added convenience until you can shop: hand/bath soap and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom. One paper towel, two paper towels, one dishwasher pod, two trash bags, one make-up wipe, and one paper towel per bathroom. We inspect every property to ensure it is ready for your family's arrival.   ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. -Please note that the check in time is an estimate; housekeeping and maintenance do their best to have you ready by 4pm, but it is not guaranteed. Port A Beach House Company requires that all guests who are contracted must be at least 25 years old. The guest must possess a valid form of ID, such as a State Driver's License. For guests, the -STARTER set will include two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods and one paper towel roll, one toilet paper roll per toilet, and one dish soap. We will not replenish the starter set and guests should bring more of these items. Construction is always taking place in Port Aransas. We can't guarantee you won't hear/see any construction, building, community improvement projects, or events during your stay. -Cable/WIFI are provided as a convenience. Port A may experience outages from now to then. There are no refunds on outages of cable/WIFI, or if the city pool is closed for cleaning or repair. Remember that you are an island and that pests and mosquitoes can be abundant at times of the year.
