If you enjoy lounging on your spacious screened-in "Bach Porch" patio as well as an outdoor seating area for your enjoyment, being near the beautiful local community pool only two doors down from "Bach Porch", in a secluded high end gated community directly off of popular 11th St. and very close to the beach as well, then look no further than planning your next beach stay at "Bach Porch". As you enter into the garage or door, you will encounter a welcoming open concept living area with plenty of seating including couch, love seat, and 4 chairs, flat screen tv, large dining table complete for seating for 8 and fully-stocked kitchen including beautiful glass front cabinets, wine storage area and so much more in addition to a bar area to entertain at and that also provides extra seating for 4. There is also a nook off of the living area with a twin bed for cozy naps or extra sleeping area for little ones or guests where you will find many books to cozy up with and a few children's toys. Located directly off of the living room is a half bath downstairs near the main living space and back porch outdoor area for easy access and to save you a trip upstairs to the restroom. You will find both a beautiful screened in porch area with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoors relaxing and an outdoor seating area that is not screened in as well. There is an outdoor shower to use after a trip to the two community pools or after a trip down to the beach. On this side of the house you will find a new Rhino propane BBQ grill for your use. Up the stairs you will find 3 beachy decorated bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and a washer and dryer. All bedrooms have flat screen tvs for your enjoyment. As you arrive at the top of the stairs, you will encounter the full size bathroom, complete with both a bath tub and shower. The first bedroom guest room at the top of the stairs has a comfortable Full size bed, flat screen tv and a closet. The next guest room down the hall has a King size bedroom, flat screen tv and a closet. The master bedroom has a King size bed complete with a large ensuite master bathroom with a large walk-in shower. The master bedroom has a flat screen tv and large closet as well. Additional Feature: Gated Community, Wi-Fi, BBQ grill, 2 community pools (1 heated), Flat Screen TV's in every room, Washer/Dryer, Towels & Linens, Air Conditioning, screened in patio, Private Balcony off of master bedroom. STR#381460 "Parking is restricted to three vehicles and all must be parked on the property. One garage will be available and the other two cars can be parked in the driveway. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, that will count as one of your four vehicles. We apologize, but no Boats, Trailers, or Recreational Vehicles are allowed on Village Walk property for any of the house rentals. This is NOT a pet friendly home. Max Adult occupancy is 10 and regulated by City. Before traveling to Port Aransas/Village Walk please plan the correct number of vehicles you drive in accordance to the rules below: 1) Bach Porch provides 3 paved parking spaces for 3 medium sized vehicles. 2) Parking Tags will be provided by Port A Beach House Company. All tags must be returned to Port A Beach House Company upon checkout. $25.00 replacement fee for each lost tag 3) All vehicles must be parked in the driveway of Bach Porch. No Street Parking, No Parking in Red Zones, and No Parking in other Village Walk Driveways 4) No Boats, Trailers, Buses, RV’s allowed in Village Walk 5) Towing will be strictly enforced Bach Porch provides ample parking for 10 guests, properly planning the correct number of vehicles prior to your departure will enhance your vacation experience.
