This gated community is secluded and high end, so plan your next beach vacation at "Bach Porch". This home is breathtakingly beautiful, with beautiful soothing colors throughout and coastally decorated everywhere you look. Winter Texan rates starting at $2200 in January and February CONDO INTERIOR FEATURES -House, Two story, and no elevator -Bedrooms located on second level of home -Kitchen, Dinning, and Living area -Flat-screen TVs -Washer and Dryer in unit KITCHEN & DINING -A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials -Dinning table with seating for eight -Breakfast bar with seating for four - Keurig Coffee maker -Toaster -Blender -Crock Pot BEDROOMS/BATHROOMS (SLEEPS 10) -Master bedroom: King size bed -Second bedroom: King size bed -Third bedroom: King size bed -Nook: Twin size bed -Three full bathrooms with walk in showers. Shower/tub combination. Half bath EXTERIOR -Patio with chairs -Balcony with chairs -Two community pools -Rhino Propane grill -Picnic table -Screened patio -Fire pit CLEANING AND INSPECTION -We use disinfecting agents that meet or exceed the CDC performance standards. -All properties are equipped with one hand towel and one bath towel. One paper towel, two paper towels, one dishwasher pod, two trash bags, one make-up wipe, and one paper towel per bathroom. We inspect every property to ensure it is ready for your family's arrival. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION -A two-night minimum stay is required. Port A Beach House Company requires that all guests who are contracted must be at least 25 years old. The guest must possess a valid form of ID, such as a State Driver's License. - NOT PET FRIENDLY. - Fits three standard vehicles in the driveway. Please plan your trip to Port Aransas/Village Walk by ensuring that you have the right number of vehicles. 1) Bach Porch offers 3 paved parking spaces that can accommodate 3 medium-sized vehicles. 2) Port A Beach House Company will provide parking tags. All tags must be returned at check-out to Port A Beach House Company $25.00 replacement fee per lost tag 3) All vehicles must park in the driveway of Bach Porch Parking in Red Zones and Street Parking is prohibited. 4) No boats, trailers, buses, or motor vehicles allowed in Village Walk 5) Towing will be strictly enforced LOCATION -Close to the Beach, short drive of 9 minutes -There are many restaurants, nightlife spots, and tourist shops within 2 miles. -Port A Beach Buggies 1 mile away -Bron’s Beach Rentals 0.5 miles away -Tortugas Saltwater Grill 0.7 miles away -Stingrays Taphouse and Grill 0.5 miles away THINGS TO BRING -Beach/pool towels -Shampoo & conditioner -Sunscreen -Beach gear, toys, chairs, umbrella Food, condiments, oils & spices, coffee, etc. ***WiFi cannot be used by guests who work remotely during their stay.
