&bull; A copy of your driver&#39;s license is required to receive check-in instructions.<br />
&bull; Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 years of age or older.<br />

<strong>SEASONAL GOLF CART RENTALS</strong><br />
Make exploring Port Aransas even easier! Guests staying September through February 2027 can add a 6-seater golf cart to their reservation for $95 per day, subject to availability.<br />
&bull;Golf carts are provided through our local partner, Beachin&#39; Buggies. Delivery is typically coordinated around check-in, approximately 4 PM. If you&#39;ve added a golf cart to your reservation, the vendor will contact you to finalize arrangements.<br />

&bull; Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.<br />
&bull; Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.<br />
