Latitude Adjustment is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom home that sleeps ten guests comfortably. You enter into a spacious and open living area, dining and kitchen which is a wonderful gathering area for families in the evening. The living area boasts a 60 inch TV and comfortable seating for all. The upscale kitchen with granite and stainless steel appliances provides the cook in the group everything they might need.

The first master suite offers a king size bed and wall mounted 42 inch TV. There is a large wheel chair accessible bathroom and shower. The shower is outfitted with safety bars and a built-in seat.The second master suite offers a king sized bed, wall mounted TV and a private bathroom. Bedroom 3 is a bunk room with 2 double beds and 2 twin beds as well as a TV. These custom built bunks can hold up to 1000 lbs.

Latitude Adjustmenthas lots of parking. Bring all the boats, golf carts and toys there is a large shaded area underneath the home. There is also room for an RV with a 50 AMP hook up. The city pool is located 2 minutes from this home. It has a new water slide, a walk-in shallow end and lanes for swimming laps. There is also a skate park, play ground and a trail head into Charlie's Pasture. The Leona Turnbull Birding Center is also located just 2 minutes from Latitude Adjustment.
