A Tropical Breeze: Cape San Blas Florida - 4 Bedroom Vacation Home for Rent

Communication was great before, during and after our stay. We had absolutely no issues with the property.The house was extraordinary. We were there to relax together as a family (nine folks over three generations) and it was an ideal spot because:Kitchen stocked with all we needed and morePlenty of space to put our food awayDining table large enough for everyone Rooms were spacious and unclutteredPlenty of drawers and HANGERS! Beds were very comfortableExtra throws and blanketsA nice bathroom in every bedroom Enough hot water and water pressureConvenient beach accessWe spent as much time on the porches as inside. The bottom allowed the cousins to eat lunch and play together out of the sun. The top balcony saw a LOT of adult lounging and napping. A couple of adults had to check in with work everyday and there was plenty of room to get away and be professional. The VayK credit- Having beach equipment delivered to the house was nice, but we ended up not using their large cooler and beach cart. (I don't know what I was thinking, but no one can push that loaded cart up and down the stairs over the dune. ) The chairs, recliner and sun tent were comfortable and lightweight. They had handles, so they were super easy to carry out each morning. If you use VayK, don't bother with the cart or cooler. The beach was so convenient, we only took our small cooler out with us once all week.

Great to hear the porches got so much use—the lower level for the cousins and the upper balcony for relaxing and working when needed. Ok, not even gonna mince words…..this home is outstanding! Our family loved it and did not want to leave it! We have been renting in Cape San Blas since 1992 and our family felt so at home here in Tropical Breeze. It’s roomy, comfortable, well appointed and clean. Each room, indoors and outdoors, has a family friendly ambiance and is very welcoming. The owner is very gracious and answered any of the few questions we had quickly, kindly and professionally. Our family would recommend only one thing which would be a huge sign saying “Welcome Home”!

We always enjoy our stay at this home. The accessibility as well as the layout of the home is always perfect which is why we have stayed here more than once. The owner takes a hands-on approach with the people that stay at the house and are keenly interested in how things are going and how they can help.

Tropical Breeze was the perfect house for our family vacation. Lots of room and the house was beautiful and comfortable at the same time. The House was located perfectedly on the Cape and included all the amenties and extras we could ever need. Cant' wait to go back next year!

We loved this house! It was perfect for our full family (grandparents, siblings, grandkids) to all be together with enough room for us to be apart as well. This area of the beach was a little more crowded than other places we had stayed if you went to the right where the condos were but we were able to keep distance and have a big area for the kids. Roni was awesome with helping me figure out things prior to coming. Really appreciate her checking in and making sure things were good. Definitely hope to stay here again.

A Tropical Breeze is a fantastic home on Cape San Blas. My wife and I have vacationed on the Cape nearly every year since 1984, and this property is one of our absolute favorites. From the initial conversation with the owner, Roni, to final checkout, the experience was seamless.The house is well-stocked with amenities, including plenty of beach-related essentials to make travel easier. The bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and well-appointed, and the kitchen—filled with new appliances and cookware—makes cooking a breeze, even with multiple people in the space.One of our favorite features was the screened-in porch, which allowed us to enjoy the outdoors without worrying about bugs. We ate most of our dinners outside, taking in the beautiful weather. The elevator was also a major plus, making it easy to bring items (and people) upstairs. There is plenty of parking, and an outdoor seating area near the gas grill made for relaxing meal-prep outside.My family and I will absolutely choose A Tropical Breeze again in the future!
