Testimonials

Loved it
by Jason on 02/05/2019
Loved it, hope we were as good of guests as the accommodations were for us.

Loved parking space for all. Space to play games, sit down as a family to delicious meals, and space for cousins to connect and adults to laugh. Nice accommodations—two washers and dryers, and food in coolers on back porch stayed cold in winter weather.

Our family Christmas stay at Moose Hollow Lodge was perfect. Complete with Christmas tree and fresh snow and a warm fire. All our needs were well attended too.

Excellent lodge. Plenty of room for extended family. Close to Yellowstone. Would return without hesitation. Seeing a moose was an additional bonus. Kids loved playing in the upper loft.

We stayed here four nights towards the beginning of August 2017. There were 9 adults and 10 children. I had several questions before we stayed, and Tina was always quick to respond. We had a few hiccups while we were there and even left some items. Tina was very helpful with all of this, and was gracious while doing so. The cabin had plenty of room for everyone, and the children especially loved the loft area. We took a walk one evening and came across a mother and baby moose. The drive to Yellowstone was about 30 minutes, and by the third day was a bit tedious, but the beautiful and affordable accommodations were well worth the drive.

We would do it all over again!

A comfortable stay for a big family, five bedrooms plus a bunk bed in the loft. We enjoyed many outings including two to Yellowstone, from the lodge. We also had a picnic at a nice nearby picnic area. The kitchen is fairly well equipped. Nice hot tub, fire area, and BBQ grill. The transaction was smooth and the owners communicated well. We would definitely rent this place again. The fridge was a little small for a long stay with lots of people and limited options for a nearby grocery.. but we made it work. Bring your own cork screw.

We spent 4 nights at this cabin and our only regret is that it wasnt longer. We had plenty of room with 9 adults and 9 children. Great location with Mesa Falls and West Yellowstone within 30 minutes each. The front of the house was perfect for outdoor games and the fire pit in the back was a great place to end the day. Overall a wonderful place to build memories with family and friends.

Its truly like a lodge. It can probably sleep 20 comfortably. Went with my wife, parents, sister and nephew to visit yellowstone. There was plenty of room for the 6 of us. The lodge was clean, comfy and had everything the owner stated plus some pantry items. The owners were easy to work with and very responsive. We got a bonus the first morning there; a moose was right out in the front yard. Good thing cause we didn't see anymore on our trip. I would definitely recommend to other and would stay here if and when I visit this area again!

Im totally thankful to Moose Hollow Lodge Owner that they provided us this opportunity to spend part of our vacation over here. Its a great Cabin with all facilities. Plenty of space for kids and lot of beds/bunk beds to occupy large group of people. We were around 19 people. no problem for hot water. internet, etc. All members of our group are appreciated this Cabin. In Future, I would definitely stay over here again. Also I would strongly recommend anyone who seeks to spend with their family over here.

We stayed in this cabin over a 4 day weekend and had a great experience. There were 12 of us in our family, almost all adults, and it accommodated us very well with plenty of room. The cabin still seems new and is in very good condition. It had everything we could have wanted and was close to several places in the area including Yellowstone Park. The owners were very easy to work with. The cabin is in sight of other cabins and yet it still seemed secluded and was very peaceful and quiet while we were there. We certainly would recommend this to anyone with a large group and will stay here again if we return to Island Park.

Beautiful Lodge
