During all closure periods, the affected pool areas will remain active construction zones. For safety reasons, there will be no access to the pool decks, and associated amenities, including BBQs, showers, bathrooms, and pool furniture, will not be available for use in the affected areas.<br />

Cancellation Policy:<br />
**For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of 30&nbsp;days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14&nbsp;days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />
**For Longer Stays (30+ nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.<br />
