We also have convenient concierge services and a one-time starter supply of toiletries. The unit will have bath towels and linens to ensure a relaxing and convenient stay from the moment you arrive.<br />
<br />
<u>PROPERTY ACCESS</u>:<br />
We will provide your arrival information two weeks before your arrival, or sooner if you are arriving within that timeframe. Check-in is at any time after 4:00 PM, and check-out is before or by 10:00 AM. <em>*Early check-ins and late check-outs, in all cases, require prior approval and are subject to additional fees.</em><br />

<u>CANCELLATION POLICY</u>:<br />
For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):<br />
- Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
- Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment.<br />
- No refunds will be issued for cancellations within 13 days of the arrival date.<br />

- Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges.<br />
