Real Escapes Properties is proud to offer this two bedroom, two bath luxury condominium.

The condominium is a third floor end unit of the 760 Ocean Boulevard complex. #301 is comfortably furnished, generously sized, and lavishly appointed. Features include quartz counter tops in the open kitchen and bathrooms and a balcony that is accessible from both the living room and master suite, with a partial ocean view. The living room has a large TV with a HDMI cable so you can stream from your laptop.

The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, smart TV and en-suite with an over sized walk in shower, garden tub and double vanities.

The guest bedroom also features a King bed. The attached bathroom, with a walk-in shower, can also be accessed from the hallway.

TVs have Sling Streaming and Roku. No cable service.

The community features one assigned covered parking space under the building and room for overflow outside the building. There is an elevator.

760 Ocean Boulevard is located near the Village Shops & Restaurants, and is directly across the street from a public beach.

Well appointed condo; beautiful art work; comfortable mattresses; kitchen as well supplied as mine at home; great location & view; 2 ice makers came in handy; elevator, outside hose to wash sandy feet & chairs, and covered parking for car & spot to leave beach gear all a plus; disappointed that TV’s had been removed from bedrooms especially on those rainy days and/or when viewing preferences differ (but that’s a personal preference). Just a lovely, well-cared for property.
