Real Escapes Properties offers this three-bedroom, two-bathroom vacation rental located in the Harbour Oaks community on St. Simons Island. Harbour Oaks is a quiet gated community just a couple blocks from the downtown Village/Pier area. You can enjoy walking to the lighthouse, restaurants, shops and park.

• Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (6 persons).
• Dogs are allowed with a $100/pup non-refundable fee. Strict 2 dog limit.
• 1 covered parking spot is available. Additional parking is available for extra vehicles in unmarked spots
• Approximately 1 mile to Public Beach Access; easy walk to the Pier and main Village area
Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Linens (Bath towels & bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.

We were very comfortable in 503. Close to pier as we loved to watch nature and all the boats and ships coming and going. It was gated and we felt very safe here. The master bed room had a mattress that would put you to sleep it was so comfortable.Real Escapes Properties are great to work with and the agents are so very nice. Thanks
