Property Description

You can walk to the beach with your dog from 221 Olive Way.
This adorable garage apartment features two bedrooms and two and a half baths. You can relax, unwind and enjoy the sound waves crashing on the Atlantic Shoreline by walking up the stairs above your garage. The open floor plan consists of a dining room, living room, and a kitchen. The den has a large TV, Wi-Fi, cable and a DVD player. The dining room table can seat four people.
You will find two very large bedrooms, tastefully decorated. Bedroom #1 features a Queen-sized Bed with a TV and an en-suite Bathroom. Bedroom #2 has twin beds with an en suite bathroom.
221 Olive will be a great choice for you to walk with your pets to the beach.

* The number of guests at this property is limited to six occupants. Dogs under 15 lbs. Pets are allowed (additional fees per pet) * Park 2 cars in parallel parking in front of the garage door on the far right (garage is not accessible). Pier Village is approximately 2 miles away, a 5 minute walk. All guests except multi-generational family members are required to rent a property at least 25 years old.

Perfect size and extra bonus they allow dogs. The location was perfect within a block of the beach and two blocks of Coast Guard Park!
Overall the place was nice, a little wear and tear but everything was functional and confortable. The Leather chair and ottoman is awesome! Great deck that is screened in, perfect for sitting out at night with a glass of wine.

We have traveled extensively and this was one of the best rentals we have ever stayed at. The two large bedrooms, each with their own en suite, the screened in porch, the good sized living room (along with the 1/2 bath downstairs) was the ideal set up for two couples. The proximity to the beach was great. We were so glad we found this rental. (There were a few issues with maintenance that caught our eye, but no place is perfect!)
